Just finished building my “new” bike. It’s a 2005 Gary Fisher Rig 29er. I’m going to be trying both the 29er thing and the Singlespeed thing at the same time. It’s currently set up with 32/20 gearing but that’s subject to change as I get stronger.

Great ride with Brock and others on the Middle fork trail. It was a ‘beginners ride’ but we still managed to get about 18 miles in.
Definitely a fun ride and I’ll be back to that one.

On a sorta impulse move prompted by M we went to look at mountain bikes.
At Paul’s I found the one that I wanted… Loved the color and the bike felt great. I ended up picking it up and today was its first ride off road.
